2-PART TAG. Top sheet is a carbon type paper. The paper form has the same preprinting as the underlying tag. Paper is perforated at the top for easy removal.
SEQUENTIALLY NUMBERED. Both the tag and the corresponding tear-off sheet are stamped with the same number. The batch of tags, however, is stamped sequentially.
INVENTORY TAGS. Clearly mark scrap or defective material with this Scrap Inventory tag.
